By placing an order with Aermeda you understand and agree to the terms as set out below.
We only ship within New Zealand
All orders are shipped with a tracked courier service. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. However, if your package goes missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the courier service in an to attempt to track down the package.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you have concerns that your package may be at risk of being lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order, and we will request a confirmation signature on your order. Additional fees may apply.
Orders will be processed and dispatch within 1-2 working days. Orders will be delivered during standard working hours Monday – Friday.
Standard Flat Rate of $5 NZD urban and $8.50 rural for orders under $50 NZD. Free shipping for urban orders over $50NZD.
Returns Policy and Process
If there are any issues with your order as received please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com
In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item being received we will gladly replace the item at our cost. Please record the damage (photograph of damage or fault is required) and notify us within 72 hours.
Due to hygiene considerations we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on ‘change of mind’ purchases.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations may be possible from the item images displayed on this site.
Full payment of the order must be received prior to dispatch of products.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.
Customer information is collected to enable us to process your order efficiently. All information is stored securely and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
All credit cards are processed using the secure Stripe payment platform.
